Since 2011, Terri has managed her own Consulting Company; She has worked with clients ranging from 10-650+ employees. Terri has worked with Employment Compliance in the States of: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington DC and Wisconsin.

Terri graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Management in 2006, and a Masters Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 2009 from The College of St. Scholastica. She is currently working on her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification and is a member of SHRM.
